Aging in Place Inspection/Evaluation
An Aging in Place Home Inspection and Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to ensure that a residence is safe, accessible, and comfortable for older adults who wish to continue living in their homes as they age. The evaluation focuses on identifying potential hazards, suggesting modifications, identifying innovative assistive health wellness and safety technologies and recommending improvements to enhance the quality of life and independence of seniors. The report identifies areas of concern as well as suggested solutions that should be considered by the customer. The fee for the inspection and report is:
Homes less than 2000 sq. ft. $495
Homes 2001-3000 sq. ft. $595
Homes 3000 sq. ft. plus $695
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)
Pricing for ADU's depends on a number of factors such as square footage, finishes, site preparation and assistive technology requirements. The feasibility study for an ADU is quoted on a customized basis. Please contact us at the number below for further information.
