Aging in Place Inspection/Evaluation
An Aging in Place Home Inspection and Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to ensure that a residence is safe, accessible, and comfortable for older adults who wish to continue living in their homes as they age. The evaluation focuses on identifying potential hazards, suggesting modifications, identifying innovative assistive health wellness and safety technologies and recommending improvements to enhance the quality of life and independence of seniors. The report identifies areas of concern as well as suggested solutions that should be considered by the customer. The fee for the inspection and report is:
Homes less than 2000 sq. ft. $495
Homes 2001-3000 sq. ft. $595
Homes 3000 sq. ft. plus $695

We have in-depth experience with unique, innovative technology solutions that help seniors and individuals with physical challenges improve their quality of life. We now offer home technology solution consulting services to seniors, individuals with physical challenges, their families and residential assisted care/memory care facilities. Our services or assistance are provided on an hourly fee basis or defined project scope for a fixed fee.

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU)
We are also aligned with an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) partner that can create, "Mother in Law Small Homes", rental units and small modular homes. The price/cost of ADU's depends on a number of factors such as square footage, finishes, site preparation and assistive technology requirements.
